It's 2130 hours and I just left Chris. Thank *T.U.B.S. for him. I did some transformational work with him and now life is my oyster. Where there was joy there's even more joy and I now know what it feels like to connect to my soul in a tangible way. I am now the fearless person that I was meant to be. Fearless and full of love. When I mentioned to Chris that I couldn't imagine 1000 people in the church's social hall, in less than 5 minutes with a quick technique I could envision those people. It was do-able. The wonderful thing about Chris is that he wants to help people but mostly he wants to help us to help each other. He wants to empower us so that we can empower others. Chris basically helped me to remember who I am. I am so excited about the prospect of building a joyous, loving healthful community starting hopefully at the **MCC and then exploding outwards as it gathers momentum. I do believe I am writing the testimonial in my journal. I did want to say that I am looking forward to going back to work in a hostile environment because I am filled with more love and confidence and I want to share that. I thank God for bringing Chris into the MCC. I have never seen such unparalleled generosity. Usually therapists take a very long time to bring about positive change in their clients. They might charge exorbitant amounts and they definitely wouldn't share their trade secrets. Chris, in one session, showed me how to do for myself what he did and freely spent time with me that should have cost close to $800, and he didn't charge me anything close to that.

I met Chris de Castell about 5 years ago when he was doing 15 min massages at a show. I sat in the chair and I asked him to focus on my neck. I had been having neck and back pain since I was a teenager and a lump on the back of my neck for at least 10 yrs. Little did I know that 15 min was going to change my life. When I got out of the chair I felt so much better but I did not really know what was different. I just kept thinking he did more for me in 15 min than I have ever gotten from an hour message. I could not wait to call him a schedule a full hour session. It was only when I got home that my husband said the lump on your neck is gone what did he do? Needless to say I have continued to work with Chris over the years. He has an ability to look at you and know where your pain is and he has a special gift that helps him to help you release that pain.

Before meeting Chris I had been receiving massages for 20 yrs but never from a man. Chris is very professional and makes you feel comfortable while getting the job done. He took very detailed notes on my history and helped me to get rid of my pain. After our sessions he would recommend stretches or exercises to help me between visits. Sometimes we are so focused on the pain in one area that we don't realize that it is all connected and by working on your arms you may just release a problem in your neck. Chris is a spiritual guy who he has helped me both physically and mentally over the years and I trust him beyond belief. He has also helped my husband, who for many years did not believe in massage. However, after several hockey related injuries including concussions and several treatments his balance was restored as was his faith in alternative medicines.

Chris has most recently been using EFT to work with my 10 yr old twin boys. They look forward to spending time with him and have been able to work on their fears. One of my boys struggles with self esteem issues while my other son is afraid of dying and of losing the people he loves, he is a very sensitive boy and wants to help everyone and feels bad when he is unable to take away others pain. Chris has taught them the techniques they need to use to calm themselves down and to help them cope with their feelings. We still have a long way to go but we are all working towards a common goal. He does phone follow ups with them and he makes them feel special. Chris has a calming way about him that the kids adore and instantly want to open up to him. Chris has helped heal our family in so many ways and he will continue to do so for many years to come.

I got to know Chris thanks to his massage skills. He offered me a treatment, and I was blown away by his capacity to go deep inside the unconscious world of his client, with no fear of the dark side he might encounter on is way to healing and or relieving the pain. The way he worked at the physical and mental level blew my mind and right away made me see the shaman in him. It is a real inner adventure he takes you along on his massage table, a great way to face our deepest rooted fear in a safe environment.

I had the opportunity to experiment the efficiency of EFT thanks to Chris on a very bad day when I was about to lose my head because of sleep deprivation. My upstairs neighbours for the past year or so had been systematically waking up at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night and bringing havoc on top on ours head. Despite calling the police, the landlord, filling complains, nothing would help! And since I had recently given birth and while trying to breastfeed and keeping my sanity, I seriously felt I could become violent against them if nothing was going to change! I ended up meeting Chris one day completely out of the blue (I do believe in synchronicity though!) and he proposed me a session of EFT to help me let go of that invading feeling of powerlessness towards this type noise. I didn't really want to let go at first, I was dreaming of being able to unleash all the anger and frustration connected to that powerlessness and frustration that I had building up inside me. He patiently encouraged me and finally allowed some transformation through a short and efficient session. The result ultimately came in a very surprising and radical way, not only did the intensity of their night life noise seemed to decrease in my ears perception, but they finally MOVED OUT a few days ago, a thing they had promised doing an year ago!! So let me tell you that not only does that technic seriously decrease the intensity of the problem, if it doesn't suppress it completely from our subconscious internal files, it literally moves mountains around us, to change and definitely open new horizons in front of us! Thank you for this amazing discovery!

When I became pregnant, Chris offered me a beautiful necklace that seemed to be calling my name. As I closed it around my neck, I felt a beautiful protective energy surrounding the foetus and I. A day later a kept ringing in to my inner ear, Galaté, was the name, a name somehow connected to what is known as the energy of the star people in the shamanic vocabulary. Later on in the pregnancy as the birth was approaching, Chris offerd my husband and I a series of three more necklaces (all by the way are made of semi -precious and precious stone, mindfully selected one by one by its creator). One was connected to the energy of water and literally the capacity to go with the natural flow of life, just like water, and became mine for the rest of my pregnancy. This necklace accompanied me all the way to the delivery room where it consistently reminded me to follow the natural waves of the contractions ( I ended up giving birth naturally without epidural despite having initially been induced). The second one was more a warrior talisman and was kept by my husband ( who is a karate national champion, let's say a modern peaceful warrior), as a reminder and help to protect Our sacred space in that magic period surrounding the arrival a new child. The last one, but not least , was named mother leopard, and was a gift to our daughter, a powerful necklace, with a amazing protective nature as well an amazing tool to help a new soul to root her body in a physical form on earth. Thank you again!

When Chris asked me to do this, I thought "Hey, I'll knock this off in to time flat!" And then I started thinking about all the things that Chris has done for me and, well, realised that I was going to have to edit heavily if this was going to fit on a web page.

I met Chris about 10 years ago, and have been a client for about 8 years. Our first work together was physical: massage and kinesatherapy. I have scoliosis and Chris gave me a bunch of exercises which, together with his massage work, assisted me with my serious back pain to the point where I almost never suffer from it any more. He also assisted me about 5 years ago when a serious sprain to my left ankle threatened to hobble my capacity to walk, possibly permanently. Today I can report that I walk without assistance, still doing the exercises he gave me to keep my leg flexible and working without the kinds of issues I was suffering from before.

The next work we did was a combination of spiritual and metaphysical, which we began before the massage work. He taught me mudras and energy forms which I use to this day. Chris also taught me meditation images to balance my energy. He introduced me to Cranio-Sacral work, which he used to help me open my healing powers so he could do deeper massage work, the goal being to get my back to straighten. We found that by using this method, he could do much deeper work than we had been able to attempt before and again, my back improved.

We've tried EFT, but I find that this does not work for me. We have also tried NLP and had some success, but again, this does not seem to be my "thing".

And then Chris started making talismans, which I found I could read very well. I started buying them. The first was Persephone, a lovely soft and loving piece which, on taking her home, I found myself totally integrated with in the space of a couple of hours. Persephone was passed along to a dying friend so that he could meditate with her and draw comfort from her during his final days. I also worked with him and Persephone in his final week, alleviating his pain and keeping him centred in his reality so that he could be present for his family.

The next was Goddess, a stunning piece in Amethyst that I have to this day. Her power assists me when trying to break through blocks in my subconscious to reach for things that are keeping me from progressing.

The final piece I own was a request: Ariadne. I asked Chris for something "vaguely Heart chakra-y" and she is what emerged. I use Ariadne to work on my capacity for love, to give and to surrender (big issue in my life) and she has been a wonderful companion and work mate ever since.

I could say an awful lot more about Chris and his capacity to assist one in their healing, but to be perfectly honest, the experience is unique for each person and must be found on their own. All I can speak to is my experience, and Chris has been an amazing guide, guru and travel mate along my path. Try what he offers: I can honestly say that you will come out a happier and healthier person after working with him than you are now, and that the entire experience will be AMAZING.

After having worked with Chris for several months now, I can say that he's a genuine pro. He has the ability to take very complex and multifaceted issues and drill down to their source, where true healing lies. I have lost count of the number of wow moments I have experienced from our sessions, but the results have benefitted me in my daily life and all my endeavors. Chris's vast experience, intuition and proficiency with various modalities help him to immediately pick up on the slightest of cues - many of which I am not even consciously aware of - and he skilfully proceeds to guide each session exactly to where it needs to go. He is an endless well of good tips, tricks and effective techniques that anyone can apply. Truly a great personal process coach.

Chris, thank you infinitely for all the amazing recommendations you have made and the brilliantly woven cognitive shifts that you have helped me come to. It is not an understatement to say that you have transformed my life (by first changing my thinking in a powerful way) in such a short time.

Chris is truly a renaissance man of the mind and body work area. With a deep knowledge of the body, its bio chemistry and energetics. Chris takes a unique approach to body work which combines his razor sharp intuition with his voluminous knowledge about the body to create a holistic solution that results in visible changes and improvements. I am a fit man in my early 30s who works out 30-45 minutes daily and meditates regularly. I also see a chiropractor and have monthly adjustments done. My body is fairly fit and I look after it. Yet overtime it has accumulated both physical and emotional wear and tear that Chris has effectively addressed.

I first met Chris as an NLP coach. Since then my treatment has involved hypnotherapy, perceptual mobility, EFT, and Massage both deep tissue and swedish. My experience with Chris is that he brings whatever is needed to attack the issue and is relentless in driving an evolutionary yet impacting and lasting change. My most recent experience has involved two massage sessions of 90 minutes each.

During the first session, Chris did a lot of body work with my traps and legs including my feet. I had a tremendous pain in my rib because of a Yoga injury. After the session the pain was quite muted and so was I. I was left feeling healed and transformed. 2-3 days later the pain had reduced to about 25% of the original by the end of the week it was about 10%. The next session was completely different and involved a deep tissue massage and considerable breath work. I found myself feeling lighter than I have in years. A feeling of painlessness has overcome and I, after a long time have enjoyed the lightness of being pain free. Of all the massage experiences I have had in the last ten years. Chris is Eons above the rest both in effectiveness and diversity of palette.

Chris's studio also involves a noteworthy mention. The clean, and open space along with solid equipment and the great view creates an instant healing atmosphere. The music is always calming and relaxing and is very therapeutic. Missing out an opportunity for one of Chris' massage would be a true disservice to your self improvement.

A few years ago, when a serious personal event sent shock waves through my life, I believed I was prepared to handle it. I had been through therapy, met my inner child, achieved advanced status in transformational workshops on both coasts, practiced yoga naked under Kauaian waterfalls and even run a couple of marathons; I could handle anything, couldn't I? Well, I did handle it; I was strong, kept life calm for my daughter and maintained the roof over our heads; became a Real Estate agent and took in boarders. But I was angry, very, very angry. No matter what I did – more therapy, a mindfulness stress reduction course, mediation, transformational breathing, swing dance lessons – the anger was as evident to all as if I were wearing Cruella de Vil's puppy coat.

In November 2009, my brother, who is studying NLP, recommended both NLP and Chris to me and I went eagerly, desperate to gain some peace and freedom from that constant, nasty voice relentlessly filling my head with poison, sapping my energy and keeping me always on guard in case I ever vocalized the internal soundtrack. The only thing left to me was my determination to change.

I knew I didn't have to "believe" in NLP for it to be effective but, other than that, I had no idea what to expect. With his warm voice and fabulous jewellery, I trusted Chris instantly and was delighted to sit back, stop intellectualizing, do what I was told and just let the process and the practitioner work their magic.

And magic it was; the results were immediate and profound, yet subtle and amorphous. I was different – I felt it, people noticed and commented on it but it was very difficult for me to identify exactly what was different. The internal soundtrack was gone, yes, but I was somehow just lighter and easier. In any case, intellectualizing hadn't done me much good in the past so I was just going with the flow.

More sessions with Chris, more and different modalities from the seemingly endless supply of arrows in his quiver. Often, because of his sensitivity and connection during a session, Chris would change the plan because of something I said or did that took us in a different direction. And the results kept compounding – I was able to handle situations that previously would have triggered severe reactions with ease and aplomb, I transformed my back garden from a weedy dust bowl to a delightful courtyard retreat, I hosted dinner parties and I started wearing nail polish again.

One evening, Chris had his gemstones and jewellery supplies out when I arrived for a session. They were so beautiful, I begged him to show all his necklaces to me. When he uncovered a soft, chunky purple and green one with an iridescent green pendant, my hands reached for it and I said "That's mine!" Such a clear, powerful intention. Luckily, we (my gorgeous fluorite and Labradorite adornment and I) resonated and, when we go out together, we are much admired and we both glow. More magic.

We are told that mental and emotional pain and anguish is "all in our heads" but our heads are part of our bodies and our bodies ache. When I visited Chris for a body work session, I was the veteran of many fabulous massages but none had been accompanied by the melodious singing and chanting of the body worker; it was beyond soothing, again, very hard to describe but healing and hypnotic as well as primal and deep.

At some point in the summer of 2010, I realized that I knew what it was to be living in the moment; I was actually doing it, right then (right now). Freedom, peace, joy, the whole Zen megillah had snuck up on me just when I had least expected it. Huh.
